I first became interested in a career in massage therapy when I experienced the many benefits of massage personally. Returning to a place of relaxation supports the body in its amazing ability to heal itself. And when I experienced pain relief for myself, I knew I was on the right path. With my background in psychology and occupational therapy, I learned massage therapy was the missing piece in my holistic approach of health. I am always looking for ways to live a balanced and healthy life so I can continue supporting my clients for many years. I also enjoy being in nature, hiking, and yoga.
