Lizz Baxter developed a serious interest in yoga upon returning home from the Army in 2004. After months of carrying over 60 pounds of military gear she discovered her body, mind, and soul needed relief. She began practicing Bikram Yoga consistently in 2005 and later ventured out to discover other styles of yoga through the encouragement and guidance of her teacher Theresa Murphy. Lizz has been teaching yoga since 2010. She has designed her teaching style to fit the needs of her students by blending a variety of yoga methods into an e’klectic approach.
