Energy Therapy is a mixture of talk therapy and coaching, intuitive reading, and energetic healing. The typical session involves a brief discussion and overview of the client’s current life situation, including any areas of concern, and any physical, emotional, and spiritual dis-ease. This is followed by approximately 20-30 minutes of subtle energy body healing. During the healing Morgan will cleanse your auric field, balance and align your chakras, and remove blockages. Afterwards, she will explain how your energetic expression relates to your everyday life and include exercises and practices for you to perform in between healing sessions.
Morgan encourages people to trust their intuitions and receive energy therapy when they feel they need assistance on their path. Each individual is different; some may require a healing session every month, some may only need one on a quarterly basis. It is recommended that you allow a few weeks in between healing sessions to allow the energies to integrate and settle. It is important to understand that the purpose of energetic healing is to help you to get reacquainted with yourself; it does not fix or cure you, but it can be a powerful tool to aid you on your journey to self-discovery.
